Will it work on my hosting?

Boosted runs on ordinary shared hosting with WordPress 6.2 or newer and PHP 7.4 or newer. Page caching needs a writable cache folder, and modern image formats depend on what your host supports.

Can I keep my current SEO or cache plugin?

Yes. Turn on only the parts of Boosted you want and leave the rest to the plugin you already use. Let one plugin own each job so the two do not overlap.

Could it break my theme or store?

File optimization can change how a page behaves, so Boosted starts with a safe preset and lets you exclude any page or file. Test your menus, forms, cart and checkout after each change, ideally on a staging copy first.

What is the difference between Free and Pro?

Free covers page caching, image compression, core SEO, redirects and the consent banner. Pro adds deeper optimization such as critical CSS, delayed JavaScript, AVIF images and self-hosted fonts, plus automation such as scheduled audits and extra schema types.

What happens when the license year ends?

The free features keep working. Pro features, updates and support need an active license, so renew to keep them.

Do you offer refunds?

Boosted Pro is a digital download, so we generally do not offer refunds. If you change your mind within 14 days of buying and have not downloaded the Pro plugin yet, ask and we will refund you in full. Requests made after a download are reviewed case by case and must also reach us within 14 days of the purchase. The free version is there so you can check Boosted on your site before you pay.

Can I move a license to another site?

Yes. Deactivate the license on the old site and activate it on the new one.

What does the Agency plan include?

Every Pro feature on as many WordPress sites as you manage, on one annual license, with priority support. It does not include hosting or a done-for-you setup service.
