Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you use this website or buy a Boosted Pro license from Vyse Digital ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using Boosted you agree to them.

1. The product

Boosted is a plugin for self-hosted WordPress sites. The free version is distributed through WordPress.org. Boosted Pro is a separate package that adds further features and requires a license key.

2. Software license

The plugin code is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 3 or later. The GPL governs your rights to use, modify and share the code. A Boosted Pro license key gives you access to Pro features, updates and support for the number of sites in your plan.

3. Plans and site limits

• Starter: one active WordPress site.
• Plus: up to five active WordPress sites.
• Agency: any number of WordPress sites that you own or manage for clients, with priority support.

You may move a license from one site to another by deactivating it on the first. Development and staging copies are subject to the activation rules shown in your account.

4. Price, payment and renewal

Prices are in US dollars and are charged once per year. Taxes are added at checkout where they apply. Payment is handled by Freemius, Inc., our reseller and merchant of record, under its own terms. Licenses renew each year at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel renewal at any time from your account; the license stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

5. When a license ends

If a license expires or is cancelled, the free features keep working. Pro features, updates and support require an active license.

6. Refunds

Boosted Pro is a digital good delivered by download, so we generally offer no refunds. If you change your mind and have not yet downloaded the Pro plugin, we will issue a full refund on request within 14 days of your original purchase. Refund requests made after downloading the plugin are handled case by case and are issued at our sole discretion; they must also be made within 14 days of your original purchase. Write to [CONTACT EMAIL] with your order details. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

7. Support

Support covers installing, configuring and using Boosted. It does not cover custom development, third-party plugins or themes, or hosting problems. We aim to answer promptly but do not guarantee a response time. Agency licenses are answered ahead of the general queue.

8. Your responsibilities

• Keep a current backup of your site before installing or changing optimization settings.
• Test changes, especially on stores and sites with custom code.
• Configure the consent banner, cookie categories and your own policies to match the laws that apply to you. Boosted is a tool, not legal advice.
• Keep your license key private and do not resell or publish it.

9. No guarantee of results

Performance and search results depend on your hosting, theme, content and many factors outside our control. We do not promise a specific speed score, ranking, traffic level or revenue, and we do not promise that use of the plugin makes a site legally compliant.

10. Warranty and liability

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To that same extent, our total liability for any claim connected with Boosted is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect losses.

11. Changes

We may update the product, prices and these terms. Changes to terms are posted on this page with a new date. Price changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.

12. Governing law and contact
